Being uprooted isn’t always loud like a hurricane, or sudden like loss can be. Sometimes it’s quiet, internal, and deeply personal. It’s the moment you realize that what once grounded you is no longer there, and yet - you're still standing. Uprootedness asks us to grieve what was, honor what shaped us, and gently lean into who we are becoming. It’s uncomfortable, yes, but it’s also fertile ground. Because even pulled from the soil, roots remember how to grow.
