It's Funerific Friday Folks!🎉 Sometimes you just have to let your hair down and get your grove on. I AM!
Today, I'm having a Spa Day on my Funerific Friday.
See...that's me ⬇️. All robed and waiting to be spa-ed 😁
Breathe in, breathe out. Again. Breathe in, breathe out. Again. Slowly this time. B-R-E-A-T-H-E I-N, B-R-E-A-T-H-E O-U-T.
Now R-E-L-A-X. 🧘🏽♀️
And so it begins. 3 hours of shear relaxation and fun. 1hr massage and the other time filled with mani, pedi and laughter. Mind you, I spent more than the 3 hrs because I requested additional services.🤫😁
Now, I often wonder how people sleep through massages🤔. Is something wrong with me? Why do I not fall asleep during my massages?🤨 Is it because I only do them once every 4 to 6 years? 🤫Please don't looked so shocked 😱. Time flies. Before you know it, years have passed and you haven't treated yourself. Sad but true.
After today though, I think I will reduce my time span to once a year. Now that will be a great improvement. Don't you think? Maybe, just maybe I will start to fall asleep during the process. Who knows, but I will tell you all about it next time. Actually. About that. The next time. I've already decided I want to try out their body scrub and massage combo. I quite like how the body scrub room looks...hehe! Yup, sounds like imma gonna get in 2 this year 💃. Makes up for all those other years.
Thanks to Treacha and her wonderful team at Shades of Elegance Bella Day Spa for a fantastic day. I was greeted with such warmth that I figured the treatment could only get better. And it did. You guys ROCK⭐⭐⭐. Special thanks to my masseuse Racquel. I feel so rubbed, relaxed and a bit slippery still_this name must sleep tonight 💤.
